I am a 38 year-old wife and mother of two. I have loved writing since being inspired in my 10th grade English class. Writing a short story, my teacher encouraged me to take my writing more seriously. He taught me to use the criticisms I would receive as constructive and not let others deteriorate my love of writing... ever.
So I have dabbled with writing throughout the years - mostly poetic ventures - which has given me much gratification. I give my gift of poetry away in framed art, and always specific to the person I give it to.
Most recently, I have been writing newsletters for the bowling community in my city as well as the pro shop I work in. I love to create websites for companies and individuals, and my greeting cards are a hoot!
I just love to express myself through my written words... and hope they impress upon others a statement of who I am as a person...

If only for a moment He was yours and he was mine If only for a moment He brought beauty to our lives He was friend and brother, husband, son A gift to cherish dear If only for a moment His fleeting touch will last the years.
