I started writing at the ripe old age of 9. "My Favorite Color Is Pink" was my first poem published in a 1982 local paper.
Since then, I have published five books, two on the debilitating syndrome known as fibromyalgia, two on poetry, and one book of humor for the relationship between mother and daughter in the early years. I have also had poems and articles printed in literary magazines, anthologies, papers, as well as, the internet over the years. I use writing as an outlet for stress and a way to create some sense in this thing called life. I'm also an avid reader and am very partial to the classics. So partial, that my friends always thought of me as the weird one on the beach because I'd bring "Shakespeare's Complete Works" instead of the latest romance novel. Okay, so maybe it's a little weird, but at least it's original, you have to give me that.
My other hobbies include indoor gardening, fish keeping (as pets), singing, dancing, practicing yoga, crocheting, and being with my family and friends.
I am 35 years- old and have lived in New England all of my life. I have been happily married for almost eight years and have two beautiful young daughters.

You've gone through the nine months of waiting, read a ton of books on breastfeeding basics, and went through hours of labor to become a Mom and now you are. Congrats! Now you are expected to know what to eat so your baby can reap all the benefits of breastfeeding.
It's not easy to have a newborn or even a newborn with other children and actually have the time to eat let alone prepare a nutritious meal. It's sometimes even hard just to get in a sip of coffee. But there are enough hours in the day to manage some kind of meal to make food for two, and since the minutes between feedings...
