I am a full time mom to three wonderful little girls and am celebrating ten years of marriage to my husband, Jim. We tend to move around a lot and writing is my way of staying grounded.
This year I took on the role of Girl Scout Leader to my oldest daughter's Brownie troop and I must say there is never a dull moment with 12 eager 1st and 2nd graders. Their spirit inspires me in ways I never thought possible.
Writing has always been a creative outlet for me. I graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in technical theatre and a minor in English with an emphasis on creative writing and playwriting. After graduating I explored another passion of mine - veterinary science. I spent several years working with animals before becoming a mom and have since been able to focus more on writing again.
I look forward to sharing my work, as well as learning from other writers and their experiences.
