I started writing at a pretty young age. I didn't have a sibling I was close to and I didn't want to talk to my parents so I just put all my thoughts down on paper and out came stories and poems. As I grew older I just didn't grow out of it.
I am now turning 30 this year and I can't believe when I go back and read those old stories that I actually wrote them. Writing helped shape who I am today.
