Let's face it! In today's reality of high gas prices and sky rocketing grocery store bills, becoming a budgeting parent is a smart thing to do. I personally have always been somewhat of a bargain shopper, but as my dollar is pinched more and more, I think about the "big sale" or the "bargain of the week" as my best friend when it comes to dressing my children.
