It is a tough call due to the fact that it is the parents responsiblity to teach the kids from right and wrong.After they get a certain age and after they start going to school and hanging out with friends they should no right from wrong after they get a certain age.
When they start haning out with the wrong crowd it is still the parents right to tell them from right and wrong that please don't do this sort of thing.It is not the right choice to make and you can get into trouble.
As parents we hope that we did how part in teaching our children the skills to learn right from wrong.Hopefull...
