I am a very proud Mom of two wonderful children. And even though we live New York, the smorgas board of culinary delight, my husband and children prefer to eat at home. While that is a great compliment, I am constantly expressing the importance of experiencing other types of foods to my children. I enjoy reading, exercise, theater, movies, music of all types, comedy, live bands, dance and gardening. Currently, I am writing a cookbook. It's contents are based on various types of foods from many ethnic backgounds. It consists of great foods, both vegan and non-vegan, tested and shared with friends.
