There is a law against Politician's receiving private checks from finical backers for a reason. This law should not be challenged. The Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, set limits for finical funding from corporations, unions, and trade associations. There are two key points to this new Act. First, this Act places restriction on "soft money". Candidates and federal officers are prohibited from raising or spending "soft money."
