I am a burgeoning freelance writer who lives in the foothills of Western Maine with my husband and four children. I hold a bachelors degree in history, and have taught high school social studies. I now stay home with my youngest child. My husband and I have worked in the restaurant business for over a decade. We have owned four restaurants, some successes, some not, some still waiting. I write about restaurants, history, decorating, education, parenting and pluck away at my novel.
