Wow! We have so much in common!

I am presently living in Australia, and as I type this I am sitting outside in the garden enjoying a gorgeous morning.

It's Saturday today, and so far I have fed the horses and let the chickens out to have a scratch around.

The other thing that I guess you should know about me is that I suffer from bouts of mind-blankness-itis whenever I fill in profiles about myself on the internet...

So this collection of disjointed sentences will just have to do for now! (I hope it wasn't too painful for you...)

My passion is ...

life! I studied biology at University, and I love all animals (including people).

I know too much about ...

nothing! At least as far as academic exploits are concerned. Live and learn!

My parents always told me ...

you can be whatever you want to be and do whatever you want to do.

My childhood ambition ...

to work with animals. It was a vague ambition, and I have achieved it... time for a new ambition perhaps?

My favorite memory ...

is hard to pick... there are so many great memories! I'm a bit of a nostalgia junkie!

Why I write ...

because writing is part of who I am.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

lots of things... comedy, classics, 'alternative' music, and stuff about horses!

My first job ...

helping out on a farm. It was a back breaking introduction to the working life!

My best moment ...

is possibly not one moment... but a collection of small things that happen from time to time.

My inspiration ...

my family, my animals, my friends, things I see, do and read... everything around me is a potential source of inspiration!
