Customer Service is Dead in America. After spending most of my career striving for customer satisfaction in multiple high tech companies as everything from a call center rep to the guy running a service business with hundreds of people and hundreds of millions of dollars, all I want is to bring light to the plight of customers receiving bad service! We must demand better and I will not rest until we, the customers, shame corporations into providing great service to us.

Shorten their walk and time spent going to and from the point of sale terminal. This is the key to making the wait staff more productive. They are not with customers and they are getting tired when they have to walk a long way and spend a lot of time entering data at the point of sale terminal.
