Half-way through the 2007 season there is three main candidates from each league. American League: 1. Johan Santana. Simply the most dominate left handed pitcher in this decade thus far. After an average May he has been on fire once more; he is following his personal trend of getting stronger as the season progresses. His change-up is as devastating as ever.
