I'm 30 right now. I grew up on all of the classic 80's cartoons many of us loved then and still enjoy now- Transformers, Voltron, He-Man and so forth. What I didn't realize when I watched 3 in particular- Transformers, Robotech, and Voltron, that it was anime. Animation from Japan, also called Japanimation. I learned of this during the 90's when I began to watch Sailor moon as well as the three classic series I mentioned earlier on reruns on Sci-Fi or Cartoon Network. When one of my friends told me of this and showed me a few website, it was like a whole new alien world was opened up to me...
