Married to Carol Lee Collins

Two sons Stephen Brooks Suzi Brown) and Nathan Collins (Amanda Barbee)

Three grandsons: William Collin and Carson Collins and Matthew

Son of Luther Clyde and Lula Brooks Gardner.

BA degree from UNCG in Geography

Has worked for the North Carolina Court System, The Town of Green Level,
