I'm a freelance writer based in Hermosa Beach, California. Born in Illinois, raised in Las Vegas, and educated at Washington State University, I bring a varied and wry perspective to my writing. I recently returned from two years living abroad on the Micronesian island of Pohnpei. From there I explored Palau, Guam, Hawaii, Hong Kong, India, and the other islands that comprise the Federated States of Micronesia.

Currently I have several screenplays in the works and am always sniffing for an interesting story to tell.

YARE, Venezuela - It's the Roman Catholic feast day of Corpus Christi and a parade of demons dances through the village streets to the steps of the church.
