: About Me

I am Roy Hirsch and have had an interest in Photography from the 1950s.I have always loved travelling and added cycling as another form of interest which when you thinks about them; it is amazing how the three groups (Cycling, Travel, and Photography) are linked to each other in the form of a triangle; as they all have a substantial amount of input into all areas of interest, some of which are linked together straight away, which enable the subject to be worked on very well and in a positive output at the end.
Before going on, I want to share my theme I have used for a lifetime; it is:
"Sharing and caring for one another",
which in most instances have had an input into all kinds of subject matters, which have made life more fulfilling. Thereby it would be good if more of us could do likewise, and in so doing it would make things better brighter and happier throughout the world instead of the way it is now.
Cycling is the main essence I use constantly and it has enabled me to meet a wide cross-section of people at all kinds of places; this in itself makes life more fulfilling as on many of occasions when I go somewhere out of town or down the pathway to different suburbs in all kinds of directions; which in many instances have been incredible how when going down Oliver's Hill one Sunday; it was amazing how when I went to see my Dietician the next Tuesday, when I entered her room, she then broke the news that she saw me going down Oliver's Hill last Sunday. This has happened constantly throughout the years; and an incredible example just recently, is on Thursday 9th June I spoke to this man in the Bourke Street Mall, and we then introduced ourselves and got into a discussion. John mentioned about his daughter he came over to visit and then on Monday 13th June it was amazing that I met John again and this time his daughters he spoke about last Thursday were with him; and it was Wednesday afternoon when I was finishing my lunch; then when I was about to go out of the Causeway, it was amazing but John appeared which was the third time we met in less than a week.
Photography has also been of a wonderful deed; and has shown the wonderful views of all kinds of subjects the photos cover from the Skyline, scenes at night, Botanical Gardens, different historical subjects from all areas of interest, and the photos of my Overseas Travels; all these subjects matters have widened my scope and interests which makes me more than thankful I have been involved in these areas for a lifetime.
