I've squeezed many lifetimes into one, a jack-of-all-trades, master of none! I was a grave digger, a welder, a professional photographer, a hired farm hand, a builder of store and bank fixtures, a brace maker, an amateur ESP researcher, a cabinet maker, a carpenter, an artist, an art gallery owner, a nightclub designer/builder, a history buff, a writer/publisher, a restorer of early homes, an amateur genetics theorist, as well as a husband and father... although I was probably always too busy to fulfill my responsibilities in regards to those last two.
Today, as a 77 year old retiree, I'm a volunteer karaoke DJ, going around to nursing homes,veteran's homes and senior centers conducting sing-alongs.

The war in Iraq is closely following the Vietnam war in so many ways. The United States blundered its way into a misadventure in Vietnam, spending billions of dollars and untold loss of life and limb on a failing policy of trying to promote a lie.
