About me - Jan Castagnaro

About me

Jan is a mom of 3 and wife to Henry, who has been in the USAF for 20 years. Her education, training, and skills have afforded her a career in the medical profession. Her hobby and passion has always been creative writing and writing in general.

At the present time, she and her family are stationed in Italy. This offers a unique and lovely opportunity for traveling, which is another inspirational passion.

"Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through, where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it, this is a kind of death."
~Anais Nin "Winter of Artifice"~
