I am a 24 year old mother of one. My daughter is 5. We currently live in VA with my in-laws. My husband is in the army, currently stationed in TX. We don't live together because we don't get along well. after nearly 7 yrs I'm finally going back to school and I love it. I currently enjoy writing poetry and journaling. I still write in a notebook. I feel it's more personal...more real than writing online. I love animals. I have a cat that I rescued from the streets. Her name is Snickers.

I am currently reading my Psychology textbook and listening to Bon Jovi. I also watching NCIS first season on DVD

My first job ...

I was a cashier at Rite Aid in my junior year of highschool. Two years later I went back and started working as a manager. The store manager there is a great person and I considered her a mentor.

My husband is currently stationed on Fort Hood in Texas. We have been struggling along in this military existence for 4 yrs now. It's very hard. As an E-4 my husband makes a lot less than minimum wage considering the 24 hr work day. We are like a lot of other military families. Nowhere near to making ends meet. Living paycheck to paycheck. I had to get a job just so I could make my car payment and even then occasionally I have to get help from my family. We are in debt. Thousands of dollars worth.
