I am the mother of two wondrous beings. They are the fuel that keeps me moving forward.

I write and dream and strive for fulfillment. I love music and my friends. I love words and I love helping people. I smile always.

When I'm not writing and loving my family, I travel. I drive thousands of miles every year to find the music. My friends are scattered all over the U.S and Canada, Europe and beyond. I live beyond my dreams and write every experience as if it is new and wonderful and blessed.

As a mother of two amazingly wonderful little people who bless my life every day with their sweetness and wonder, I sit trying to write this article which encompasses the death of not one, not two, but several million Congolese children.
