There should be no obligation for anyone to have to sign a prenuptial. If you are truly in love with someone, you should trust them enough not to divorce only to gain some money that they supposedly didn't marry for. If it were true love, there shouldn't be need for a prenuptial. Everything is about money in this modern society. If you are unsure of your spouse's intentions then it is best not to marry because there should be a mutual trust between husband and wife where there isn't a fear of the other running away with half of their money.
