Hello and Welcome
A little bit about me, I understand life through words. My life is basic, I help others, I write, try to eat good food, travel, and stay in love. Rich, wonderful smells of lotions, oils, and soaps make me happy. I watch movies to learn and explore new concepts and ideas in society. Everyone has their own little twist on things. Self control is a big factor in my life to make me focus on what is important. I refuse to let the idea that the sky is falling rule my life. I live in a free country. I hope I can honor it by thinking freely to come up with productive, positive solutions to my own problems. They really are the only problems I can solve. These are good times for new ideas, and I hope I can contribute a few.

It is all in the mind when it comes to pain. Usually we feel unhappy from something that has hurt us in the past, so if there was a way to not go to those places in the mind that we remember what hurt us, than it might be safe to say that we could first avoid the pain and then start working to heal from it. Forcing the mind to be in the present is a very good way to start to heal from what has hurt us in our day to day life. Do whatever you have to do to be in the now. Jump up and down, read a book, or drink a glass of water. It is so important to create a life that keeps your mind present...
