I'm 35 , a northern lass living in the south.I've been writing since school and have had a number of poems published. I love any kind of writing from poetry to biography and on subjects from motor racing to shoes.

I love life ,the world and all it's experiences,negative and positive.I sing blues and soul and write as much as possible.I want to write about the truth of personal experiences even when it is unpalatable.I won't shy away from issues because the world is complicated and writing about it can aid our understanding.

We live in an incredibly image conscious age. We cannot grow old gracefully.Each grey hair must be plucked out or dyed.We cannot (god forbid!) allow our bodies to sprout hair in unseemly places, if we are women (hell, even men are beginning to wax themselves!).
