Making your own scrubs is easy and best of all cheap. The basic make up of a good scrub is brown sugar, coarse sea salt, fine sea salt and good quality extra virgin olive oil. The different grain sizes aids with the exfoliation, if you want a scrub for the face leave out the coarse salt, if you find it still too rough then just use the brown sugar. You can try out different sugars (except white) but brown is usually soft and gentle enough for most sensitive skins.
