It is not necessarily the color you wear as much as the cut of clothing that is important when it comes to 'appearing' thinner than you acutally are. Dark colors are fine, if that is your mood. However, poorly fitted clothing, no matter what the color, will not give the illusion of thinness. Simple rules are as follows. 1) Wear colors that are flattering with your skin tone.
