Victoria was only seven years old when she wrote her first story about a brown unicorn named Brown. Stories about cows and rabbits followed. Years later, she put aside her pencil and began a career as a retail serf in a department store, where she learned how to fold clothes, operate a cash register, and convince people that they need a store credit card.
Then she worked for an airline as a baggage agent, and learned lots of fascinating things about what can happen to your checked luggage once it leaves your possession. She also learned the art of handling screaming customers who demand to know why their bag is shredded and covered in shampoo.
Now Victoria makes money doing what she loves best: Writing. No word yet on whether she plans on writing more unicorn stories.
