My legal name is Sherry A. Rindt, but for 20 years I was better known as Sherry Breiting Rindt, a news correspondent for several area newspapers.
That was my old life, and please understand it was a very good life. I worked from my home, set my own hours (most of the time) and was paid well for my work. The greatest perk, however, is that I actually loved what I was doing.
However, I had a second love as well and in 2002 I retired from writing to pursue that other love. That proved to be a stupid idea.
Now at age 56, I am starting over and the urge to write again is getting stronger. So, I have come here to HELIUM to give it a try.
I won't bore you now with more details of my life. You will discover the things you really need to know about me as you read my writings.
And hopefully, through the act of writing again, I will rediscover some of the passions I've forgotten and uncover new passions as well.
