lenient , what a joke , I grew up in calif. got out of school [yes I finished ] then started working , all went downhill from there ! no matter what job I held no matter what skill level, I consistantly lost jobs to ILLEGAL'S ,its not a good feeling to loose your job that you work hard at to a person who isn't even a citizen...
