I am a lifelong and native Pennsylvanian. I was born in Darby, and raised in nearby Folcroft; two blue-collar working class suburbs of Philadelphia.
My opinion letters have appeared published in the newspapers and magazines since 1979, plus I've been sending out short stories and personal essays since September, 2005. Last year, I had some Green Acres trivia questions published in the July/August issue of Hobby Farms Magazine. questions. Also, one of my personal essays, The Other Side of the Sixties, won the Byline Magazine Essay contest in December, 2006.
I presently work as a part-time telephone agent and collect Social Security Disability.
I have never been married and I have no children. I am interested in travel, reading, 1960's nostalgia, shopping, and swimming.
