For me, being over 40 in the new millennium means feeling fantastic! The self conscious days of my teens and twenties are long gone and maturity has brought with it a new found confidence. I no longer care so deeply about what other people think of me and that has given me the freedom to really be myself. Youth may have it's advantages, but so does maturity. My girlish charm (O.k. I admit that I used it!) has been replaced with a feeling of complete womanliness.
