there are things anyone can do to make a difference in this world. anyone with or without skills can try writing at a venue like helium. if your writing looks bad other members sees it and takes you to the bottom. you probably get the message that you need improvement. if you have some kind of expertise such as medicine, business,and politics you are needed in helium.

as for me, I can offer my life and work experiences. Work experience started in a gold mine overseas for about 16 years not as a miner but as a graduate of electrical engineering. It was followed by a stint in an oil and gas company for 1-1/2 years in Brunei and then 2 years in a copper mines in Africa. My last 21 years of work was with a hotel and casino in Nevada. I am now trying to develop a passion in writing aside from having fun with life. Whatever thoughts and experience that I try to translate in writing might make a difference to whoever happens to read them.
