Recently, Sprint has decided to cancel contracts of 1,000 "unprofitable" customers. While many say, "This is not fair," many other's say "Way to go Sprint." I've read claim after claim supporting both Sprint, and the customer. Sprint's claim is that the customers are no longer profitable to keep citing 300 plus calls into a customer service line a month.
