The Democratic Party has several problems that it is failing to address. How it deals with these problems may well determine the outcome in 2008.
First, the Democratic Party is suffering from an abundance of arrogance. Democrats can't wait for Nov 2008 to roll around so they can get one of their own in the White House. They are positive that things are finally rolling their way, which leads to the conclusion that there is no stopping their progressive movement. But wait, who will decide the 2008 election? It is pretty much a given that 30% of the voters will vote Dem down the line...
