I am the man who carries two 4-leaf clovers in his pocket(literally). I do not believe in impossible, so I write about and create "impossible" worlds. I am a 29 year old soldier in the US Army and thus am a world traveler. I have seen so many places in this world and it gives me a unique world view. I have been writing since high school. My English teacher allowed me to perform some of my poetry in class and was delightfully surprised. Students even asked to see more of my work. Considering I wasn't very popular it gave me an indication that I had an audience out there. I have written more than 3 books and when i stop procrastinating, I will publish them. I like to inspire. I like to shock. I love to teach. I like to write with no fear because if all my bill were paid, I would still write. I love this Helium thing because it gives me so much practice and the more I do it the better I will get. I am a fighting dreamer and a tortured soul. I write short stories, erotica, love poems, sci-fi, life commentary, and anything that I feel is a challenge. I also write under the name King August. You'll be hearing from me.

In the past , terms such as "men's work" or "women's work" have been thrown around a lot. It was be lived that the man's job was to go out, work 40 hours a week(or more), come home and relax in front of the television waiting for his dinner if it wasn't on the table already. In the woman's case, she was expected to wash clothes, take care of the kids, clean the house, do the grocery shopping, and have dinner ready and on the table before her husband came home. Some would call this the "good ol' days". It, however, is not how things work today. Today's woman is a lot more independent....
