Well, in the words of Blind Melon: "all I can say is that my life is pretty plain/ I like watchin' the puddles gather rain." I'm studying Psychology and Juvenile Justice. I absolutely love languages-I want to learn at least five or six before I die. I've got three down and plan on teaching myself ASL this summer-music, and Jesus. I'm fairly opinionated (do not confuse that with close-minded) and think apathy is utterly repulsive. If I were to be a superhero, I'd rid the world of apathy... and probably soda. I love talking about TUDO, especially things related to education and kids.

Whenever I think of whether it is better for children to be raised by stay-at-home parents, I think of the the child of Dick and Jane, in 2000's Fun with Dick and Jane, who speaks English with a Mexican accent because he's raised by the Mexican housekeeper. Don't get me wrong, I think it's wonderful that the character learns a different language at such a young age, but it's evident that his parents have signed over their parental rights as their child can hardly communicate with them.
