Chocolate and love go hand in hand. During the 1800's, Valentines Day was almost unheard of, until one enterprising family started making Valentine's Day Cards. Since then Cards, and then Flowers and Chocolates have been linked with this special day. The sales of Chocolates and Flowers for Valentines day have been on a steady increase since the early 1940's.
