My name is not really Jane Smith. I stumbled upon Helium and thought I'd give it a try since I enjoy writing. When I write the articles for Helium (to date, as I am a newbie) I try writing as quickly as possible so that I don't spend too long overwriting the article. Overwriting is something I tend to do with prose. I am a (very) middle-aged woman and I live in Australia. I am interested in everything, but particularly in philosophy, science and art.
