Hamburger Stroganoff 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Egg Noodles 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 clove chopped garlic 8 oz. white mushrooms, sliced 1 lb. ground beef 3 Tbps. tomato paste 1/2 cup Burgundy Wine 1 cup beef stock 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese Preheat oven to 375 Cook noodles and drain.
