Born somewhere in the vicinity of his mother (who was quite insistent on that point) Nine has spent years wondering why the voices appear to only be talking to him. After having spent half his life in and out of homes for the indigent and mentally deranged (which all started with the letter W, for some inexplicable reason) Kris built a sanitarium of his own, only thinly disguised as his very own website, locnetwork.com. The income pays for his psychology bills, and frequent trips to the kinds of places that are nowhere near the vicinity of his mother. Nine is quite insistent on this point.

Ladies and Gentlemen, some years ago on other iterations of my podcast, I began what has become a tradition. You see, I believe that the speech you are about to see tonight is nothing more than an infomercial for the party that occupies the Executive Branch.
