About me - L. A. Brown

About me

I am a 32 year old single mother of 2 from Ontario, Canada. I was born in Toronto but moved to Belleville when I was 11 and have lived here ever since. I dream of someday escaping this town and starting over someplace new. It was be an amazing adventure.

After graduating from the Business program at Loyalist College, I work in the administration field for a local real estate company until I recently decided to pursue starting my own Virtual Assistant business which enables me to work from home and set my own hours. I'm loving it! It also allows me more freedom to work on my writing without being constricted to the regular 9-5 hours that a regular office job entails.

Writing has always been a passion of mine; more specifically being creative writing. I feel that using my imagination to create fictional characters and events is a great stress release and I enjoy it immensely.
