Taking a glimpse at me the standout focus would be fitness. It is my lifestyle and my work. I lift weights, I run, I hike, I bike, I kayak, I snowshoe. I like to move. I have competed in fintess competitions, run many a road race, and have big plans for my fintess future. I'm a certified personal trainer and I own a gym. I train people here at my gym and I also do online exercise program design. Helping people all over the world with exercise-how great is that!
I am also a nutritionist. I combine this with my personal training so people can have a much better shot at reaching their goals.
