I have a problem with "required". Christianity and its laws are precedent. Christianity does not follow law but law owes its establishment to the morality of Christian Doctrine. Simply based on right and wrong relationships between human beings gives law its power. The word "being" describes the process that humans undergo from birth to death. When we forget or ignore the "law" we impact society negatively. People and property are destroyed. This is called criminal. A statement such as required is a subtle aggressive way of imposing a social issue (where someone sends their kids to study) ...
