I believe...that's what I'm about.
I believe that this life is a journey that has the capacity to bring a greater understanding of who each and everyone of us is and has the potential to become.
Let me explain.
I was an active member living in the cesspool of drug addiction for years.Floating in and out of the shadows and boundaries of society. Who I became as a result of that lifestyle was a person I had not envision myself to be. I never planned my life this way, it wasn't a dream I held in my heart of hearts as a little girl. But none the less it was part of my journey.
Today I am blessed to be a so called "survivor" of that lifestyle. Which has led me to understand that anything is possible.
I look to find, meaning, purpose and hope in all I experience. The good, the bad, the indifferent. Situations, I may view in the moment to be problems, I have come to understanding are merely the first steps in discovering solutions that present a broader perspective and higher understanding of who I am...and the unlimited possibilties of who I can be.
I forgot who I wanted to be when I grew up, but today I activly search for that litle girl that still exsists within me; whispering her hopes and dreams to the fireflies that danced in the early evening dusk of my childhood.

It has been unseasonably warm for this time of the year and the normal display of Mother natures spectacular brush stokes of color upon the canvas of autumn has been detained. But the leaves, they have started changing recently. I love the contrast of colors against the clear crisp autumn sky. The vibrancy of the red, orange and yellows bursting with life as they transform from the the steady greens of summer into the flecks of color that glitter in the sky above. The beautiful colors always provide me an inner comfort that validates the beauty that exists within the constants of change tha...
