Abortions are too commonly available these days. But I strongly disagree with the maturity of the fetus that can still be aborted. At 24 weeks the baby can still survive. So doctors are effectively killing a living being. In most cases, I'm sure, the mother knows she is pregnant, or there may be a chance of it, so why do they not take the morning after pill as soon as possible. Once the fetus has a brain, heart and senses, abortions should not be performed, unless, of course, the mothers life is at risk.

There are alternatives, like adoption after birth. Having an abortion is not ...
