Carlie Lawson writes fiction and non-fiction from her home in Norman, OK. She owns Natural Hazards Consulting, a company that works with businesses and municipalities to develop customized hazards plans, business continuity plans, and environmental, and hazards education products. She is the litter box cleaning slave to three adorable cats, Silly, Sissy, and Shelly. She also plays surrogate litter box cleaning slave to her best friend's three cats, 2 and 3. My mama was an inspirational person. I carry a lot of her in my heart and I think she guides me still although she's been gone to the next life for a few years now.
