You think your job is the world and they need you. They praise you and give you a pat on the shoulder. They praise you but do not compensate you for more that you do. They explain the budget cannot allow them to give you a raise. They pat you on the shoulder, but expect more from you again. They disguise their concern with use and use you for their benefit.
