I am a Yoruba woman displaced in the Afrikan Diaspora. I have been blessed to know my ancestry, unlike many displaced Africans in the United States, and in the language of my people I tell you: A ke awon enia mi kuro nitori aini imo - My people perish for a lack of knowledge . . . Hosea 4:6

God truly answers the prayers of the righteous. I believe that our new President, Barack Obama, will be instrument in bringing about a positive change not only for the United States, but also for the world. We prayed for world peace and now world peace may be at hand.

I am Minister of Music for a major faith-based institution, and I am looking for people who want to save the world. I am looking for people who are taking the condition of the earth seriously - the global warming, the growing extinction of many species, the increasing lawlessness and hate that prevails on the planet. You may not accept the fact that God made rules for people on this planet; but you are aware that man made rules. No one is following any rules anymore - not man's and certainly not God's.

I have not always followed all the rules, but I tried. I try even harder now that I am the matriarch of four generations. My mom, the matriarch of five generations, is no longer on this plane. I've been all around the world, my children were born in the exotic places where my Air Force husband was stationed. I am truly blessed and highly-favored by God to be the mother of seven, grandmother of seventeen and great-grandmother of twenty-three of the most amazing chidlren in the world. When I'm not reading, writing or playing music, I like to create webpages for fun and profit.
