Of course not!

I would actually say they could vote much before they are eighteen. With exposure the present generation is getting through the electronic media they much more informed and capable of taking decisions and choosing what is right and what is not.

There is one survey about learning curves that has found that children become doubly informed at a gap of every three years. To explain this suppose I am 21 now and I have a sibling who is 18.
