Oh well, another hurdle to overcome. I so hate writing about myself. But what the heck, this past year has been about nothing but change, so pop goes the weasel, another thing to change.
About me? Hmmmmm. Where do I start? What is the TMI limit on Helium's About Me section? How about this then:
I'm deeply Spiritual. I believe that we were all created by God through the infinite power of Unconditional Love. I believe that each one of us can access this incredible power whenever we choose. I believe that we choose to do so by acts of lovingkindness, forgiveness, compassion, and being of service to others.
I believe these are actions to take, not theories to ponder on. I believe enlightenment comes when we are aware and concious of our choices as often as possible. I believe that our base choice, the foundation of which all of our other choices are made, is whether we make the choice through the eye's of Love or fear. All else follows.
I have experienced great abundance and horrific loss. What I have learned is simple. Love, pure, infinite, Unconditional Love is All-There-Is. It is Life as God created it to be.

In the everyday reality we have so many issues to deal with, problems to solve, things to do, each of which saps both time and energy from actively choosing our the life that works for us. To find this beautiful place of knowing that I am actively and purposely creating the life I choose I turned to what I call Personal Prayer Mediations.
