Hello everybody, I'm Jo, I'm 17 and I live in the Channel Islands, where I'm studying my As Levels at Ladies' College, Guernsey. I left home at 11 to go to secondary school, as i gained a scholarship there.
English is my forte, and i love to write anything from poems and short stories to essays and summaries. I got A* in both English and English Literature at GCSE, with a few modules of 100%. I am taking it for AS this year, and have already gained 100% in my coursework.
I'm applying to Cambridge to study Vetinary Medicine, but if I'm truthful, I want to become a novelist!

Facebook is a worldwide phenomenon connecting friends and relatives from all walks of life. Setting up a facebook account is easy, but sometimes the hardest bit can be finding your friends among the millions of users. However, it is totally possible- I have recently found myself back in touch with someone I haven't spoken to since we met on holiday 8 years ago! I didn't know his surname or even his location- just an approximate age and his dad's surname.
